What times are availble?
Our available times vary depending on individual tours operating and your desired combo. Our tickets are purchasable as ‘all day’ so we can organise times that best suit you. If you are short on time, we can organise an itinerary that works for you according to what is available. Our team will reach out directly to organise timings. Make sure to provide us with a contactable phone number or email so you don’t miss out!
What happens if there is bad weather?
It’s important to us that you enjoy your experience to its maximum potential. Your safety and comfort is paramount, for this reason all of our parasail crew pay particular attention to any impending weather events. On the Gold Coast we have some unpredictable tropical weather at times consisting of wind, rain and or lightning. Water-sports will not be conducted in these conditions and operation will be determined by the guides. Any bookings cancelled on our behalf are fully refundable or you will be given the option to reschedule. If you choose to partake in a Jet-boat or Jet-ski activity there team will contact you directly about any changes to bookings.
What should I wear?
Being a water sports activity it is highly likely you will get wet at some point on your adventure. It is suggested to check out our FAQS section for requirements and recommendations for each individual activity.
When do you recommend booking during my holiday?
We recommend booking towards the beginning of your holiday, this allows for us to reschedule your booking if the weather doesn’t permit us to operate. We suggest not booking your experience to be directly after your flight lands. This is due to potential airline delays and our strict check-in policies.
